What Areas Do I Cover?
I provide pet sitting services in Medway.
I am based in Chatham with my husband & one beautiful tuxedo cat. I offer cat-sitting services in the Medway area, covering Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham & Strood. There are no additional mileage charges for locations within a three-mile radius of ME4 6PN. However, a supplementary mileage fee applies for areas in Rainham, Sittingbourne, Hempstead & Walderslade.
* Mileage fee of £1.00 per mile outside the 3 mile radius (roundtrip).

How do I book your cat sitting service?
To schedule my cat sitting service, you can reach out to me directly via my website or by customer.enquiry@kittykeeper.co.uk. We'll arrange an initial meeting where we can discuss your cat's specific needs, daily routine, and any special instructions. This meeting is essential for building trust and ensuring your cat feels comfortable with me.
Can I meet you before booking the service?
Absolutely! I offer a complimentary initial consultation where we can meet in person. This gives you the opportunity to provide detailed care instructions and for me to get acquainted with your cat's routine. It also allows me to collect any necessary keys securely.
What happens if there is an emergency with my cat?
In case of an emergency, I will immediately contact you and arrange for your cat to receive prompt care from the nearest available veterinarian. I keep your contact information and your veterinarian's details on file to ensure quick action. Any veterinary expenses incurred will be settled upon your return.
Am I insured?
I’m fully insured by a Pet Sitting Insurance policy with Protectivity Insurance.
What security measures do you take while cat sitting?
I take several precautions to ensure your home's security while you're away. This includes collecting mail, adjusting lights, and ensuring all doors and windows are securely locked. These measures help create the appearance of occupancy and deter potential intruders.
How often will you visit my cat?
I recommend at least one daily visit to ensure your cat's well-being. During each visit, I'll provide fresh food and water, clean the litter box, and spend quality time interacting with your cat to keep them happy and engaged.
Do you provide updates while I'm away?
Yes, I provide regular updates on your cat's well-being. Whether it's through text messages, emails, or a daily log, I'll keep you informed about how your cat is doing, their activities, and any notable observations. This ensures you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands.
What are the T&Cs of payment?
To secure your dates a refundable deposit of 50% paid at the time of booking. You can cancel with a full refund up to 7 days prior to your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 48hrs before the start of your booking.
